Nearry keeps Teen and Adult experiences separate so people can feel safer. Some higher risk features need stronger checks before they unlock. Those features can include partner earnings, withdrawals, and other gated tools. Age honesty and identity checks help us apply the right rules. This page explains what you can expect during those checks.
At sign-up you choose Teen or Adult. Discovery, feeds, pairings, lives, and messaging stay inside that choice. Changing age group later may require a fresh check. Trying to fake an age group can lead to limits or removal. If you made an honest mistake, contact support and we will look at it carefully.
Everyone signs in with a phone number and a one-time code. That proves you control the number tied to the account. It is not the same as a full identity check. It does stop many casual fake accounts. Keep your codes private and never share them in chat.
When you unlock partner earnings, withdrawals, or other gated features, we may send you to a trusted verification partner such as Yoti. They may ask for a photo of an identity document and a short live check. We receive a result that helps us decide if the feature can open. We do not ask for more documents than the feature needs. Failed checks can usually be retried after you fix the issue they describe.
Depending on product rules, booking or attending paid Plans may need verification. Withdrawing earnings almost always needs a verified identity and valid bank details. Other adult only tools may also sit behind a check. The app will tell you when a feature is locked and why. Completing the check once may unlock several related tools.
If a check fails, read the message carefully and try again when you can. Lighting, document quality, and matching details are common reasons for a retry. You can also email support@nearry.app for help. We may keep some features limited until the check passes. That pause protects the wider community as well as you.
Verification data is processed under our Privacy Policy and Data Protection pages. Partners only receive what they need to complete the check.
