What a Plan is

A Plan is a booked window with a partner. It may be online or in person as shown in the app. Coin costs and timing should be clear before you confirm. Both people should understand what the session is for. If details are fuzzy, ask in chat before you pay or accept.

2

Confirming and attendance

Partners accept or decline requests. Once accepted, both sides should treat the time as real. Show up ready, or cancel early. Going silent after acceptance harms trust. Repeated no-shows can lead to limits on booking tools.

3

Cancellations and no-shows

Cancel as early as you can when plans change. Late cancels and no-shows may forfeit coins under the checkout terms you saw. Those rules exist so partners are not left unpaid for blocked time. Check the confirmation screen before you book. If something exceptional happened, contact support with details.

4

Changes to details

If time, place, or format needs to change, agree in the app when you can. Do not surprise someone with a new address at the last minute. Material changes without agreement can be treated like a cancel. Keep a short written note in chat so both sides remember what was agreed. Support can review disputes with that context.

5

Meeting safely

Prefer public places for in-person Plans. Tell a friend where you are going. You may leave any situation that feels unsafe, even after coins moved. Report pressure, threats, or scams right away. Online Plans should still respect boundaries around recording and privacy.

6

Disputes

Coin adjustments for cancelled Plans follow wallet rules. Fraud and harassment are handled under Community Rules and Safeguarding. Email support if you and the other person cannot resolve a fair cancel. Include booking times and chat context. We aim for a calm, evidence based outcome.
