Who can go live

Live features may require Adult status, partner activation, or verification. Teen and Adult lives stay separated. Not every region or account will see live tools on day one. The app will show what you need to unlock before you can go live. Complete those steps honestly.

2

On-stream rules

No nudity or sexual content involving minors, with zero tolerance. No hate, illegal activity, or graphic harm for shock. Hosts should keep the room respectful and step in when chat turns abusive. Viewers should not spam threats or harassment. Streams that break these rules can be interrupted or removed.

3

Gifting

Viewers may send gifts paid with Nearry Coins. Gifts are generally final once they are sent. Charges and earnings follow the Payments and partner fee rules. Do not demand gifts with threats or scams. Fake gift promises to lure people off platform are not allowed.

4

Moderation tools

Hosts should remove disruptive viewers when tools exist. We may interrupt or end streams that create serious risk. Repeated problems can limit live access. If you were removed by mistake, contact support with the time of the stream. Keep your own conduct clean while you appeal.

5

Recording and reuse

Do not record or re-upload others without rights and consent. Copyright claims follow our DMCA style process. Hosts should be honest if a stream is being recorded. Viewers should assume a live can be ephemeral and still behave as if words matter. Ask before you reuse someone else's moment.
