This agreement applies when you turn on partner tools such as paid calls, gifting, or Plans for earnings. It sits on top of the Terms of Service and Community Rules. Partner access is a privilege tied to trust. We may change tools as the product grows. Keep reading this page when you unlock new earning features.
You must meet the age rules for the features you use. You must pass identity verification where we require it. Your account should be in good standing without open safety bans. Fake identities and borrowed documents are not allowed. If your status changes, some partner tools may lock again.
Follow Community Rules and Safeguarding when you earn. No scams, bait and switch pricing, or fake scarcity. Treat bookers with respect before, during, and after a session. Do not pressure anyone into unsafe offline meetings. Serious breaches can end partner access and the wider account.
Nearry usually takes a platform fee on applicable earnings, typically around twenty percent. Partners usually receive about eighty percent unless a specific offer says otherwise. Fees help pay for product, payments, and safety work. Exact numbers appear in the wallet or checkout views you use. Ask support if a figure on screen looks wrong.
Withdrawals need verified identity, an eligible balance, and valid bank details. Processing times depend on banks and review checks. We may hold a payout if fraud or safety risk appears. Keep your bank details accurate to avoid failed transfers. Details also live on the Payments and Refunds page.
You are responsible for the quality and legality of paid interactions you offer. Do not promise services you cannot deliver. Do not use copyrighted material you do not have rights to use. Session recordings by either side need clear consent where the law or product rules require it. Complaints about session quality may affect partner standing.
You may stop offering partner services in settings where that control exists. We may suspend partner tools if rules are broken or risk is high. Ending partner access does not always delete the whole account. Settle open payouts before you leave if you can. Contact support if you need a final statement of earnings.
